Oh Lordy! Nothing can derail a good exercise routine like a vacation. If you’re like me, as soon as I hit the airport the vacation begins. That means Bloody Mary time before I even board the plane. Then on the plane ride back, the topic of conversation switches to getting “back-on-the-wagon” and dedicating ourselves to getting back into shape.
By why do we have to throw our health in the toilet just in the name of a good beach getaway? There are plenty of ways to stay healthy while on vacation as well as enjoying a few (dozen) margaritas!
