La Jolla Campground has a cool vibe of a small village southwest of Ensenada. There are a few places to hang out and get some food and beers. The camping is just above a long stretch of beach were we saw dolphin. The campsite were basic with no hookups. There were clean bathrooms and we did not use the showers. We stayed here just one night and explored La Buffadora an ocean geyser that sprays way up the rocky coast. We had heard stories of aggressive merchants but we arrived on a weekday morning when no cruise ships were in town so it was pretty quiet. We did manage to find a Pina Colada and a sombrero.
